A gentle review of your operations to find a few well-suited places where AI could lighten repetitive work. We share a clear map of options and the reasoning behind each, leaving the decision comfortably with you. One to two teams.
Initial conversation — we discuss your business, your teams, and what you are curious about.
Operational review — we observe and ask questions across one or two teams to understand the current state.
Written findings — a clear, plain-language document covering what we found and the options we see.

Tailored Integration
We connect a chosen AI capability into one of your existing systems with care, keeping staff informed and supported throughout. Includes a handover session and written guidance. Roughly five weeks.
System familiarisation — we understand the existing system we will be working with.
Connection design — we plan the integration and present it to the relevant team before building.
Build and test — we implement the connection and test it alongside real users from your team.
Handover and documentation — a session for your team and a written guide they can refer to later.

Continuity Programme
An ongoing relationship to maintain, tune and thoughtfully broaden your AI integration as confidence grows. Quarterly reviews, plain-language reporting and a dependable contact are all included.
- Quarterly reviews — a structured session each quarter to assess how the integration is performing and whether any adjustments are needed.
- Plain-language reports — written after each review and shared with whoever in your organisation needs to stay informed.
- Named contact — the same person, every time, who knows your integration in detail.
- Gradual expansion — when confidence grows and the time feels right, we can broaden the integration to additional processes or teams.
- Month-to-month — no long-term contract. The relationship continues because it is useful.

PDPA Compliance
All data handling follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We document access, store nothing beyond scope, and are transparent about what we use and why.
Scoped Agreements
Each engagement is defined in writing before it begins. The scope, timeline, price and deliverables are clear and agreed before any work starts.
Stable AI Tools
We use established AI capabilities from well-maintained providers. We do not experiment with your operations using early-stage tools.
Plain Documentation
All written outputs — reports, guides, summaries — are designed to be understood without technical knowledge. Your team should be able to use them independently.
People-First Implementation
The staff who will use the integration are involved throughout. Their questions and observations inform the build, and they are comfortable with the result before we leave.
Honest Scope Boundaries
We do not add scope without discussion and agreement. If something beyond the original engagement arises, we flag it and you decide whether to proceed.
