OUR STORY

From a Conversation in Silom

Manee Systems began in 2021 when two colleagues, having spent years implementing software for businesses across Bangkok, noticed the same pattern repeating. Organisations were being sold AI tools they weren't ready for, by providers who left once the invoice was settled. The result was wasted spend, confused staff, and a quiet reluctance to try again.

They decided to do things differently. Starting with a small team and a deliberate slowness — a single engagement at a time — they built a practice around listening first, advising second, and building only what was clearly useful.

Today, Manee Systems works with businesses of various sizes across Bangkok and surrounding provinces. The core belief hasn't changed: AI should serve the people who use it, not the other way around. Each engagement begins with genuine curiosity about how a team works and what, if anything, might sensibly be done differently.

The name Manee — ขนี, meaning gem or jewel in Thai — reflects a commitment to clarity and precision. We aim to produce work that holds up over time, like something well-cut and carefully set.

Data Handling

We access only what is necessary for the engagement. We document what we use, store nothing beyond the project scope, and discuss all data arrangements openly before work begins.

Scoped Agreements

Every engagement is defined clearly in writing before it begins. What we will do, what we will not do, how long it will take, and what the output will look like.

Staff Involvement

We work with the people who will use the finished integration, not just their managers. Their questions and observations regularly improve what we build.

Plain Communication

All reports, summaries and recommendations are written to be read without technical background. We keep jargon in our notebooks and out of our deliverables.

Honest Assessment

If a review suggests AI integration is not a good fit for a particular team or process, we say so. Our recommendations reflect what we actually found, not what would lead to more billable work.

Post-Handover Availability

We don't disappear after delivery. Clients who have completed Tailored Integration can reach us with questions for 30 days at no additional charge while the integration settles in.
