Most AI consultancies treat a discovery phase as a precursor to selling integration work. We offer Opportunity Mapping as a complete, standalone service with its own clear output. You can take that output and do with it what you choose — including working with someone else to implement it. We are comfortable with that.
Written Guidance That Outlasts the Engagement
Every Tailored Integration includes a guidance document written for the people who will actually use the system day-to-day. It is updated if anything changes in the first 30 days. The goal is that six months after we leave, your team can still answer their own questions about how the integration works.
Honest Advice When AI Isn't the Answer
We have told clients, after a mapping review, that the processes they identified are not strong candidates for AI integration right now. We explained why and what might change in the future. No business has ever thanked us for selling them something they didn't need, so we don't do it.
